Jessie just posted on the Main Blog that she knows that the "Feather Item" is awarded for Bloggers but since not much people own one she is going to make a competition every month about what bloggers deserve this Feather:
Here are the requirements for the Blogger to earn this Feather:
1. Post regularly, every day if it's possible
2. You can make competitions for "fun". You can't give a prize but you can post their playercards on your blog and other stuff like posting their names on your sidebar like I do.
3. It should be well presented to the best of your abilities.
